In this role, you’ll be helping to keep our spaces safe, functional, and welcoming for our tenants and visitors alike. You’ll carry out both planned and reactive maintenance tasks across our 3 parks.

Duties and Responsibilities are:

  • Cutting grass and maintaining lawn areas to high standards
  • Trimming hedges and maintaining shrubbery
  • Laying bark and maintaining flowerbeds
  • General gardening duties, including planting and upkeep of green areas
  • Collecting and disposing of rubbish/litter and managing bin areas
  • Distributing deliveries to relevant departments
  • Assisting with moving and siting of caravans and lodges
  • Supporting other departments with ad hoc duties as needed
  • Ensuring compliance with all company policies and health & safety regulations
  • Litter picking and keeping park areas clean

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license (held for a minimum of 5 years)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • A professional attitude and a positive, can-do personality
  • Experience in caravan park environments is an advantage
  • Plumbing experience would be beneficial, though not essential
  • Willingness to wear company-provided uniform and maintain a neat appearance
  • Flexibility in working hours to meet the needs of the park


Your work will be varied and hands-on. You’ll also help evaluate repairs, manage inventory, and identify opportunities for improvement. At times, you’ll collaborate with internal colleagues and external service providers to get the job done efficiently and professionally.

All tools and equipment required for the role are provided.


This is a five-day role across a seven-day rota, with typical hours of 8:00am to 5pm. You’ll also be scheduled every month for one week to cover the emergency out of hours telephone between the hours of 5pm to 10:00pm.

On site accommodation provided after the successful completion of 6 months probationary period.
