Why can Seaview Park provide a 12-month licence ?

Seaview Park is able to offer a 12-month licence.

This quite unique occupancy  follows on from the site’s long-established planning permissions. In 1963, planning permission was granted on appeal, allowing the site to be permanently used as a park for caravans and chalets. Notably, the chalets were exempt from occupancy limitations, while the caravans were subject to restricted occupancy use. Subsequent planning permissions have upheld these principles, solidifying the site’s role as a park destination.
