What does a 12-month chalet mean?
Experience the freedom of year-round access to your chalet whenever you wish. At Seaview, our exclusive licence with the local council ensures you can enjoy your stay any time of the year.
What does a 10-month static caravan mean?
All our static caravans come with a 10-month occupancy license, allowing you to enjoy your caravan throughout the seasons. This makes them perfect as a holiday base. However, please note that you will need to vacate the site for two months each year between January and February.
