Yes - our chalets at Seaview Park come with a full 12-month occupancy licence, meaning you can live here throughout the year, including winter months. This is different from seasonal caravans, which are typically restricted to a 10-month period and cannot be used as a permanent residence.

A 12-month chalet at Seaview Park is a purpose-built, fully insulated home designed for permanent year-round living. A seasonal caravan is a holiday unit available for around 10 months of the year. Chalets have superior insulation, premium finishes, and are suited to those looking to downsize or relocate to the coast permanently.

Yes. We welcome up to two pets per chalet. The park’s location on the Isle of Sheppey means you’re surrounded by beaches and nature reserves perfect for dog walking, including Shellness Beach and the Swale Estuary.

Ongoing costs typically include an annual site fee (covering pitch rental, communal maintenance, and facilities), utility connections, and standard home insurance. Our chalets are built with energy efficiency in mind, which helps keep bills manageable. We’re happy to walk you through all costs during a tour visit.

Park chalets are not eligible for a traditional residential mortgage as they are classified as park homes rather than fixed property.
